I understand that service calls are billed as time and materials. Refer to your initial paperwork for warranty information. There is a 2-hour labor minimum, unless otherwise specified. I understand that there is a two-hour arrival time window. I understand that the service rates above do not include highway tolls, ferry charges, or parking. I understand that I need to have all passwords ready for equipment available (routers, internet, etc). I understand that the service area needs to be clear and accessible. FSI is not responsible for moving anything. If we do have to move something, FSI is not responsible for any damages. I agree that all of the information provided is true and accurate.
